We call our Condo, “STEAMBOAT WATCH!”. Our 5th floor Condo #503 Condo, in “Bronze Tree” is not only a “Great Place” but has “LOCATION!” (VIEW) Bronze tree is built into the Mountain side. Our Condo is over 16 stories above The Gondola & Valley Base. We have furnished a 18-36 power Spotting scope to allow you to view the Mountain, Valley, and your skiers & boarders.

“Convenience” “LOCATION” - (Parking) The lot and Rear Entrance are on the 5th floor. You can park within 20 feet of the Steamboat Watch. No steps or halls. (This is also the “free shuttle” stop.)

Ski Time Square “LOCATION” Gondola Square Bronze Tree is built in the “Old Original” Ski Area. Walk out the front door turn right 1/2 block to Ski Town & Gondola Sq. Restaurants, Shops, Pubs, Ski & Board services. Almost always entertainment, and in walking distance. Steamboat is “BIG”! if we were in some of the other areas, “we could be miles from all this fun”   This is, “Where It’s At!”

“SKI & Board”- “LOCATION” It’s-Right There! Out the front door, turn left at sidewalk about 50 feet to a tunnel and trail directly to the 2 Christie Lifts. Two lifts make lift lines almost unheard of! To come home, take “Way To Go” to the Bronze Tree sign and glide to bldg.

“Other Good Stuff!” Hot Tubs! - Indoor & Outdoor, Exercise Room - Private Ski Locker just inside 1st floor front door....... Outdoor Balcony across the LR & the BR a Great Spot on nice days. LR has Stereo, C/D & 27” TV with VCR & DVD. Both the BR’s and Den have 16” T/Vs with DVD & VCRs. Plus, in the closet there is a innerspring Roll-a-Way Bed.

We generally rent “By the Week”. However, we will rent for less than one week, if it fits the schedule. Weekly rentals are generally From Sat through Fri night. We always have early and late season & summer Specials!
